Japanese American Confinement Sites Consortium Completes Fall Meeting

Los Angeles, CA - JACL joined the Japanese American Confinement Sites Consortium for its fall meeting in Los Angeles. JACL Executive Director, David Inoue and former JACL National President Floyd Mori led a session on legislative advocacy for consortium members in preparation for the next meeting in Washington, DC in February 2019.

 The National Japanese American Memorial Foundation (NJAMF) joined the consortium as one of the five administrative council members committed to supporting the consortium with financial and in-kind resources. The other three organizations that make up the administrative council in addition to JACL and NJAMF are Friends of Minidoka (FoM), Heart Mountain Wyoming Foundation (HMWF), and the Japanese American National Museum (JANM).
